Climax Log is designed with privacy as a fundamental principle. We believe that your personal wellness data belongs to you and should remain private.

Data Storage

Climax Log offers two storage options:

• Anonymous users: Data is stored locally on your device using browser local storage
• Authenticated users: Data is stored securely in the cloud via Supabase, allowing sync across devices
• You can use the app anonymously or create an account to enable cloud sync
• All data is encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS

Data Collection

We collect only the information necessary to provide the service. For authenticated users, we store your email address (for account management) and your entries. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising networks. Anonymous users' data remains entirely on their device.

Data Security

We take data security seriously:

• All data transmitted to our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL
• We use Row Level Security (RLS) on the database to isolate user data
• We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access their own data
• For anonymous users, data remains on your device - keep your device secure with a passcode or biometric lock

Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time. For authenticated users, you can delete individual entries within the app or delete your account to remove all data. For anonymous users, clear your browser's local storage. Account deletion permanently removes all associated data from our servers.

Third-Party Services

Climax Log uses Supabase for authentication and data storage. Supabase is a secure, GDPR-compliant platform that provides database and authentication services. We do not use analytics platforms or advertising networks. For authenticated users, Supabase handles account management and data storage. Anonymous users' data never leaves their device.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies only for authentication session management. These cookies are necessary for the application to function properly and are not used for tracking or advertising purposes. Session cookies are managed by Supabase and are essential for maintaining your login state.

Children's Privacy

Climax Log is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: View all your data at any time within the application
• Modify: Edit or update any entries you've created
• Delete: Remove individual entries or delete your account to remove all data
• Portability: Your data can be exported through the application interface
